The Young Persons Advisory Service (YPAS), based in Liverpool, is a large charity dedicated to providing support for young people aged 14 - 25 years. The organisation consists of many projects specialising in areas such as counselling, mental health support, support services, self harm groups, anger awareness groups, support for young LGBT people (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) and social / educational inclusion. YPAS has been delivering services to the Merseyside area for over 40 years.

Melvin Creative have been working with YPAS for over 5 years to help them promote awareness of the organisation through their literature whilst creating a strong identity to reflect the fantastic (and much needed) services they deliver.

The annual report, featured in the graphic banner above, covered 2 years of services and statistics. We created a strong, young person friendly design, which included a bright colour palette and inclusive images (sourced and provided by YPAS). The Annual Report was easy to read and enjoyable to browse through. As well as individual service information, the report included information for funders, financial statistics, statistics of service delivery and young persons comments, artwork and personal accounts of the support they have received.
